How to Use

FOR A PRE-WASH SCALP BLEND
Mix 1 drop of Rosemary Essential Oil with approximately 10 ml of carrier oil. Patch test first, then massage a small amount onto the scalp. Shampoo out after your massage.

FOR BODY MASSAGE
Use the same diluted blend on intact skin, avoiding your face and sensitive areas.

FOR AROMA
Add a small amount to a suitable diffuser, following its instructions. Use in a ventilated space.

Do not add this oil to food or drinks.
