1. Cleanse your face with your KC Cloth.
2. With slightly damp hands, put 2–3 drops in your palm.
3. Rub your hands together and gently press the oil into your face, using upward, circular movements.
4. Use it morning and night. Let it soak in fully before you put on makeup.

For an extra treat, follow with the KC Cloths Gua Sha. A patch test is advised before first use.

No. It's lightweight and soaks in without a heavy, greasy feel. A few drops is all you need, so it also suits oily and combination skin.

A soft, reusable microfiber cloth that removes makeup, sunscreen and everyday dirt with just water. One cloth replaces wipes, cotton pads and harsh cleansers.

No, water is enough. For heavy makeup, or if you like a deeper cleanse, use it with Janie Cleansing Oil.

• To cleanse: wet the cloth with warm water and wipe your face gently.
• To exfoliate: use small, gentle circles. Don't scrub hard.
• For a warm face routine: soak the cloth in warm (not hot) water, wring it out and hold it over your face for a few breaths.

Yes. You can also use it gently around your eyes.

Wash it after use with the KC Cloth & Makeup Brushes Cleansing Soap, rinse well and let it dry. You can also machine wash, tumble-dry and iron it. Don't use fabric softener, because it can stop the fibres from working.

We recommend one cloth per person, for hygiene. Choose a different colour for each person.

A gentle oil cleanser that dissolves makeup, sunscreen and the day's dirt. Pair it with your KC Cloth for the ultimate cleansing routine.

1. Massage a small amount over your dry face, including over makeup.
2. Keep massaging gently until the makeup and sunscreen melt away.
3. Wipe it off with a warm, wet KC Cloth, or rinse with warm water.

Yes. It melts through makeup and sunscreen. For heavy or waterproof makeup, massage a little longer and wipe off with your KC Cloth. Repeat if needed.

No. Oil dissolves oil, so Janie lifts away makeup and buildup. When you wipe it off with your warm KC Cloth, your skin is left clean and soft, not greasy or tight.

Usually not. Janie followed by a warm KC Cloth gives a thorough cleanse on its own.

No. Bakuchiol is a plant-based ingredient from the seeds of the babchi plant. It's often called a natural alternative to retinol, but it's a completely different ingredient.

It helps hydrate the under-eye area and soften the look of puffiness and fine lines around your eyes. It's made with Coffee Bean, Prickly Pear Seed and Jojoba oils.

1. Put a tiny amount on your ring finger. A little is enough for both eyes.
2. Gently pat it around the eye area, on the bone below and beside your eye.
3. Don't rub, and keep it out of your eyes.

Yes, they're made to work together. Pat the Eye Oil around your eyes first, then press the Fine Lines Eraser Oil into your face and neck.

Fine Lines Eraser Oil: 10 ml roller and 30 ml. Rejuvenating Eye Oil: 10 ml. See the Pamela Range page for more.

• Single ingredient: 100% castor oil, nothing added.
• First press, cold-pressed: pressed at about 20 °C, without heat.
• Hexane-free: no chemical solvents are used to get the oil out of the seeds.
• Organic.

Many cheaper castor oils are made with heat or with hexane, a chemical solvent, to get more oil out of the seeds. Cold-pressing gently squeezes the oil out without heat, so it stays as close to nature as possible, and no chemical solvents are used.

• Dry skin: helps dry skin feel softer and more comfortable, especially on elbows, knees, hands and heels.
• Locks in moisture: forms a soft, protective layer on the skin that helps hold moisture in.
• Hair: gives hair a glossy-looking finish and helps smooth dry ends.
• Lashes and brows: conditions them so they look glossier and fuller.
• Nails: nourishes dry cuticles.

Your skin has two main layers:

Castor oil is naturally rich in ricinoleic acid (about 90% of the oil). This is what makes it so thick and gives it its cushioning, moisture-sealing feel.

Not really. Castor oil works mainly by sealing in the moisture that's already in your skin. For the best result, put it on skin that's still slightly damp, for example after a shower or after spraying Rose Water.

1. Start with clean, slightly damp skin.
2. Warm a few drops between your fingers. A little goes a long way.
3. Massage it gently into the area until it's mostly absorbed.

A patch test is advised before first use.

That's completely normal. Ricinoleic acid makes castor oil naturally thick and sticky, much thicker than most oils. In cold weather it can get even thicker. Stand the closed bottle in warm water for a few minutes to loosen it.

Because it's thick, castor oil takes longer to soak in than light oils. Use only a few drops and give it a few minutes. If you prefer a lighter feel on your face, mix a drop of castor oil with a lighter oil, such as Jojoba Oil, or use Leands, which already contains castor oil.

Some people find pure castor oil feels tight or heavy, especially if they use a lot. Use only a few drops on damp skin. If your skin feels tight, mix it with a lighter oil like Jojoba Oil.

• Hair: rub a few drops between your hands and smooth over dry ends, or use a little on your scalp before washing.
• Lashes and brows: at night, use a clean mascara wand or cotton bud to apply a tiny amount. Keep it out of your eyes. If it gets in your eyes, rinse with clean water.

Castor oil conditions hair so it looks glossier and fuller. It doesn't make new hair grow.

Our Babies, Tots & Kids Castor Oil is for careful, parent-applied use on unbroken skin. Use a small amount and patch test first.

No. Castor oil is a natural self-care product. It helps dry skin feel softer, but it's not a treatment for skin conditions.

99.9% pure dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO). It's a light, non-greasy liquid that soaks into the skin quickly.

DMSO is a clear liquid made from a natural by-product of wood processing, from the part of the tree that's left over when wood is made into paper. Ours is 99.9% pure.

1. Wash and dry the area and your hands.
2. Apply 2–3 drops to the clean, dry, product-free skin you want to target.
3. Let it soak in. Start small, and patch test before first use.

Yes, you can apply it to clean, dry, unbroken skin on your feet. Wash your feet first and make sure there's no foot cream or lotion on them, because DMSO can carry whatever is on your skin in with it. Let it soak in fully before you put on socks or shoes. A patch test is advised.

DMSO soaks in fast and can carry anything else on your skin in with it, like lotion or perfume. That's why the skin and your hands must be clean and free of other products.

Use it on its own, on clean skin with no other products. If you're unsure, WhatsApp us on 060 597 7285 before you try anything else.

A mild tingle that goes away is normal. If it burns, itches or stays red, rinse it off with water and stop using it.

This is normal with DMSO and goes away. Your body breaks it down into something with a garlic-like smell, which can show up on your breath.

Don't use it if you're pregnant or breastfeeding, on children, or on broken or irritated skin. If you take medication or have a medical condition, ask your doctor first.

No. It's for use on unbroken skin only. Keep it away from your eyes and mouth.

No. DMSO turns solid below about 18 °C. Leave the bottle somewhere warm until it's liquid again.

Keep it closed in its original bottle, away from heat and sun, and away from children. Don't pour it into plastic containers, because DMSO can soften some plastics.

Use a face oil and seal it in with a rich cream. Moisturizing Face Cream and Tallow Balm both help lock in moisture. A few drops of Evening Primrose Oil can add extra comfort.

Oily skin still needs moisture. Choose light products: Leands ADVANCED 2.0 and Jojoba Oil feel light and aren't greasy. Witch Hazel Spray works as a light toner. Use only a few drops of oil.

Keep your routine simple and gentle. Cleanse with your KC Cloth and Janie Cleansing Oil, and don't scrub hard. Hypochlorous Acid Spray is a fresh step after sweating or shaving. A patch test is advised.

Melasma is a skin condition, and our products can't treat it. For skin that looks uneven, Pamela Fine Lines Eraser Oil helps soften the look of uneven texture. A patch test is advised.

Our products can't remove stretch marks. Castor Oil and Rosehip Oil help keep skin feeling soft and supple.

Yes. There's the Men's KC Cloth, 4Him Face Oil (light, not greasy, also good for the skin under a beard), Beard Oil and Beard Balm. Witch Hazel Spray gives a cool, clean feeling after shaving.

1. Cleanse: massage Janie Cleansing Oil over your face, then wipe it off with a warm, wet KC Cloth. On busy days, the KC Cloth and water alone is enough.
2. Refresh: spray Rose Water or Frankincense Hydrosol Mist onto clean skin.
3. Nourish: while your skin is still slightly damp, press in a few drops of your face oil.
4. Seal (dry skin): finish with a small amount of Moisturizing Face Cream or Tallow Balm.

A few drops is enough for your face and neck. A little goes a long way. If your skin feels greasy, use less.

Scrub 1–2 times a week. Use ReGlow Face Mask & Scrub or the 2 in 1 Botanical Micro-Scrub & Clay Mask, and rub gently.

Yes. Our products are natural cosmetic and self-care products. Each product page lists its ingredients.

Not all of them. Tallow Balm contains beef tallow and beeswax. Moisturizing Face Cream and Beard Balm contain beeswax. ReGlow and the Micro-Scrub & Clay Mask contain honey. Most oils, mists and gels are plant-based.

Put a small amount on the inside of your arm or behind your ear. Wait 24 hours. If you see redness, itching or burning, don't use it.

No. Essential oils are very strong. Always mix a few drops into a carrier oil, such as Jojoba or Grapeseed Oil. Never put them in your eyes. Citrus oils, like lemon and bergamot, can make skin sensitive to the sun.

Keep them in a cool, dry place, out of direct sun. Close the lids tightly. Keep them away from children.

Cold weather can change how some products look. Oils can turn cloudy or thick, for example. Stand the closed bottle in a bowl of hot (not boiling) water for a few minutes, and don't let any water get into the bottle. Then check the texture again.

A natural, skincare-based foundation. It gives buildable coverage with a natural, skin-like finish. It's made with jojoba oil, vitamin E and plant waxes.

No silicones, parabens, talc, microplastics, synthetic fragrance or drying alcohol.

Start with a thin layer to even out your skin tone. Then add more only where you need it. Wait until your face oil has fully soaked into your skin before you apply it.

It's not fully waterproof, and it's not a silicone long-wear foundation. It's made to look natural, not heavy. For longer wear, set it with powder and setting spray.

Oily skin may need to set it with powder. Use less face oil underneath on the days you wear it.

Choose your undertone first (warm, cool, neutral or olive), then your depth (how light or dark). If you're between two shades, you can mix them.

The easiest way is the Sample Set, with all 12 shades, so you can test them at home first.

Natural pigments and oils can make the foundation look slightly different in the jar. Screens and lighting also change how colours look online. Always test it on your skin.

Yes, for occasional use, such as dance competitions, photoshoots or stage performances. Use a small amount, remove it gently at the end of the day, and an adult should help.
