Refund policy
At KC Cloths, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Returns are only accepted on items that are unused, unopened and in their original packaging with all seals intact. For hygiene reasons, opened skincare, oils, personal care products or used KC Cloths cannot be returned. Proof of purchase is required.
To request a return, please email admin@kccloths.com. Once approved, we’ll send you return instructions and a shipping label. Items sent back without prior approval cannot be accepted.
Please check your order on arrival. If an item is damaged, leaking, faulty or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.
Approved refunds will be processed to your bank account within 10 business days after inspection. If you have any questions, we’re always happy to help at admin@kccloths.com
