Welcome to KC Cloths. Throughout this website, "we", "us" and "our" refer to KC Cloths. We run this online store to bring you our products and services.
By browsing, using or buying from our website, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
You confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian, and that the information you give us is accurate and complete. You are responsible for keeping your account and order details safe.
We do our best to show our products as accurately as possible; however, colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen. Product availability, descriptions and prices may change without notice. If a product is shown at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and give you a full refund. Placing an order is an offer to buy, and your order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. Returns and exchanges are handled according to our Refund Policy.
Our products are natural cosmetic and self-care products. They are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any medical condition. Please read the ingredients, warnings and directions for each product, and do a patch test before first use.
Orders are usually delivered within 3–5 working days, including packing. Delivery times are estimates only, and KC Cloths is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or other factors beyond our control. Risk passes to you once your order has been handed to the courier. If anything goes wrong with your delivery, please contact us straight away and we will help.
All website content, branding and product material belong to KC Cloths and may not be copied or used for commercial purposes without our permission. Any third-party tools or links on our website are used at your own risk.
We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy and South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
Our website, services and products are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent allowed by law, KC Cloths is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website, services or products. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth), Eastern Cape.
