Supplied in a 10 ml amber glass bottle with pipette. Mix a few drops into a plain carrier oil and start small - a little goes a long way.

FOR SKIN
Mix 1–2 drops of Black Cumin Oil with approximately 1 teaspoon (5 ml) of a plain carrier oil. Patch test, then massage a small amount onto intact skin.

FOR SCALP
Mix 2–3 drops into a carrier oil. Gently massage onto the scalp before washing, then shampoo thoroughly.

FOR HAIR ENDS
Mix one drop with a little carrier oil and smooth lightly over dry-looking ends.
