FOR ADULT SKIN
Massage a small amount onto clean, slightly damp skin, focusing on dry areas. Allow it to settle before dressing.

FOR ADULT HAIR
Warm a few drops between your palms and smooth over dry-looking lengths and ends. For scalp use, apply sparingly, massage gently and shampoo out when desired.

FOR CUTICLES
Massage one drop around the nails.

FOR BABIES, TOTS & KIDS
An adult should first patch test the oil. Apply a tiny amount to a small area of clean, intact skin and massage gently. Keep it away from the eyes, mouth and hands. Stop use if the skin becomes irritated.

FOR THE 10 ML ROLLER
Roll a small amount onto the desired area and massage in with clean fingers if needed. The roller is part of the standard range; the Babies, Tots & Kids products are listed in 100 ml and 500 ml.
