Warm 1–3 drops between your palms and smooth over damp or dry lengths and ends. Use less on fine hair.

Massage a few drops onto clean, slightly damp skin, paying extra attention to dry areas.

FOR CUTICLES
Massage a drop into the skin around your nails.

Start with a small amount and add more as needed.
