All reseller applications are reviewed manually and approval is not guaranteed. KC Cloths reserves the right to approve or decline any application at its sole discretion.

Before completing this application, please note the following:

• Applicants must have an active business, online store, social media business page, salon, beauty room, wellness practice, or other suitable sales platform.

• Applicants must intend to actively market and sell KC Cloths products.

• A minimum opening order of R800 is required upon approval.

• Applicants must have at least one active social media business page or sales platform with recent activity.

• New reseller accounts may be subject to a 90-day review period.

• Inactive reseller accounts may be reviewed, suspended, or removed at the discretion of KC Cloths.

• KC Cloths may request additional information or supporting documentation before approving an application.
